As Business Development Manager (Government), we rely on you to:
- Source direct business from Local Corporate, Government and GCC market across all market segments with a strong collaboration
- Execute sales strategy to maximize market penetration in relevant market sectors and facilitate achievement and growth of sales revenue and profit objectives
- Develop and implement a comprehensive internal and external marketing plan that would increase revenues and profits for both Corporate and Groups
- Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new customers to enable future bookings
- Preferably come from a business-related education background
- Preferably has relevant experience with an international luxury hotel
- Is self-driven, goal-oriented, willing to challenge the status quo
- Upholds professional values, ethics and integrity at all times
- Excellent presenter and communicator
- Thinks outside of the box
- Enjoys crafting creative and best-fit solutions
- Communicates and writes with fluency in English (as well as the local language)
- Has strong interpersonal and communication skills
