Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated, proactive new team member . Based in Dubai, you will play a key role in achieving company sales targets through partnering with end-users such as Luxury brands in Fragrance, Cosmetics, Jewellery, Hospitality, Fine Food, etc\xe2\x80\xa6, supporting them to develop new projects In this role, you will report to the Head of Sales IMEA. Role:
- Build strong relationships with targeted agencies, graphic designers, and brands
- Hunting new brands, graphic designers, and agencies as potential new specifiers.
- Accounts management: regular visits, needs definition, proposing tailored solutions.
- Developing new projects with strong focus on Luxury Packaging, partnering with the customer aiming to find solutions to End User needs s.
- Pro-active, you need to be present from the beginning, to advise the customer and to propose the appropriate paper in connection with their project.
- Cooperate with Sales Colleagues to finalize sales through printers and converters
- Utilize our CRM software to track, manage and follow up on project activities.
- Involvement on local events organization and attendance
- Organize workshops for customers
- Degree in Graphic Arts, Design, or Business.
- 5+ years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in paper, packaging, graphic design industry, advertising, or branding agencies.
- Experience in Luxury Fashion or Cosmetics brands is a plus.
- Knowledge of printing products and techniques, paper and packaging is a plus.
- Creative, pro-active, self-motivated, and goal-oriented person
- Product sensitive, with strong capabilities in project management and prioritization abilities
- Teamworking approach & excellent communication and people skills
- Home office based at this stage with some travels to expect in GCC/India if necessary.
- Fluent in English \xe2\x80\x93 Arabic is a plus
