Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in residential, commercial, and hospitality sectors.
Develop and execute growth strategies aligned with company goals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, real estate developers, contractors, and corporate clients.
Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking meetings to generate leads.
Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and pitches to potential clients.
Collaborate with the design and project management teams to ensure client needs are fully understood and delivered.
Maintain a robust pipeline of prospects using CRM tools.
Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and client demands.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Provide regular performance reports and insights to the senior management team.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
3+ years of experience in business development, preferably within the interior design, architecture, or construction industry.
Strong network in property development, construction, or design sectors is a plus.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Proficient in CRM software, MS Office, and relevant business tools.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
