As a Business Development Manager, you will develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with both new and existing clients by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.

Detailed Duties and Responsibilities

Stay informed on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activity to support strategic planning and identify areas for growth. Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with both new and existing clients by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions. Deliver clear and persuasive presentations, negotiate effectively, and maintain accurate records of all business development activities. Provide regular updates and performance reports to management. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through established partner networks and other channels to drive revenue growth. Consistently achieve or surpass sales goals while delivering exceptional service that promotes client retention and referrals.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field, with demonstrated success in sales within a financial or related services environment. The ability to
