Business Development Manager (facilities Management)
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager for one of our clients in Dubai, which is a multinational and high-level technical Maintenance/FM Company. This role is more technical, and they require someone who can do BD, prepare tenders, participate, and win large-scale projects/contracts. Key Responsibilities:
The main feature of this role will be to support regional expansion by handling and generating business leads, maintaining concise records and details of business correspondence with clients and peers, and working towards winning them. Qualifications:
At least 5 years of relevant experience in the facilities management industry Experience in Sales, Business Development, and bid preparation Well-developed communication skills enabling the individual to work with Senior Managers, clients, suppliers, and staff of all levels and abilities Excellent command of the English language demonstrated through good verbal and written communication #J-18808-Ljbffr
