A & T Technical Events is seeking an experienced and driven Business Development Manager to
generate new business, develop client relationships, and driven revenue growth
within the
events, exhibitions, and fit-out sectors.
The ideal candidate will be requires to be strong understanding of the industry, excellent sales skills, and the ability to deliver customized solutions that meet client needs while ensuring profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
1.
Business Development & Sales
Identify and develop new business opportunities in
events, exhibitions, interiors, and fit-out projects
.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to achieve repeat and referral business.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and pitches to win projects.
Prepare and deliver
sales proposals, quotations, and contracts
tailored to client requirements.
Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
2.
Market & Client Research
Conduct market research to identify
emerging trends, competitors, and potential clients
.
Create strategies to expand the company's client base in the UAE and GCC region.
Develop a solid understanding of industry pricing, services, and competitor offerings.
3.
Collaboration & Project Coordination
Work closely with the
Project Management, Design, and Operations teams
to align proposals with execution.
Ensure smooth handover of confirmed projects to the operations team.
Provide client feedback to improve service quality and offerings.
4.
Contract & Financial Management
Negotiate terms, pricing, and payment structures with clients to ensure profitability.
Monitor project costs, budgets, and ensure compliance with company policies.
Follow up on invoices and ensure timely payments from clients.
5.
Reporting & Strategy
Maintain accurate sales pipeline reports, client database, and business forecasts.
Provide regular updates and performance reports to senior management.
Contribute to the company's
marketing strategy and promotional campaigns

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in
Business Administration, Marketing, Events Management, or related field
.
Minimum
4-6 years' experience
in sales/business development within
events, exhibitions, or fit-out/interiors
.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets in the UAE/GCC market specially international market.
Existing client network in exhibitions/events industry is highly desirable.
UAE driving license preferred.
Networking ability to establish strong relationships with corporates, agencies, and government entities.
Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset.
Knowledge of

processes.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Qualifications:
Education
: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
