Identify and acquire new clients (corporate sector, brands, agencies).
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and partners.
Conduct meetings, pitch presentations, and defend commercial proposals.
Analyze the market and identify new growth opportunities.
Collaborate with producers and project teams to prepare commercial proposals.
Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract signing.
Contribute to business development strategy and long-term planning.
Requirements
1-2 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management (experience in event management is an advantage).
Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
Understanding of event production processes.
Proactive mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and offer solutions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience with CRM systems is a plus.
