CreditCare Credit Management LLC is hiring a highly motivated and experienced
Business Development Manager
to expand our client base and strengthen our presence in the UAE market. The role requires
deep knowledge of credit management, debt collection, financial services, and B2B sales
, along with strong relationship-building skills.
Detailed Roles & Responsibilities Business Development & Sales
Identify, target, and acquire new corporate clients across the UAE
Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, meetings, and market research
Present CreditCare's credit management, collection, and financial solutions to potential clients
Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations and proposals
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service terms with clients
Close deals and ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly revenue targets
Client Relationship Management
Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients
Ensure high client satisfaction by coordinating with operations and collections teams
Handle client queries, follow-ups, and renewals professionally
Market Knowledge & Strategy
Maintain deep knowledge of UAE credit management, debt recovery regulations, and market trends
Monitor competitors' activities and pricing strategies
Identify new sectors and industries for business growth
Provide market feedback and improvement ideas to management
Reporting & Administration
Maintain accurate client records and sales pipeline using CRM systems
Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates
Track leads, conversions, and revenue generation
Ensure all documentation, agreements, and client onboarding processes are completed correctly
Coordination & Compliance
Work closely with legal, operations, and collections teams to ensure service delivery
Ensure compliance with UAE laws, company policies, and ethical standards
Support management in strategic planning and business expansion initiatives
Candidate Requirements
Minimum
3 years UAE experience
in business development or sales
Strong background in credit management, debt collection, or financial services is mandatory
Proven track record of achieving sales targets
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
Fluency in
English
(Arabic is an added advantage)
Valid UAE driving license preferred

Sales & Revenue Targets
Achieve
monthly and quarterly revenue targets
set by management
Minimum

Lead Generation & Pipeline Management
Generate a minimum number of
qualified leads weekly
Maintain a healthy and updated

in the CRM system
Ensure regular follow-ups and timely closure of deals
Client Engagement & Retention
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients
Ensure
high client retention rate
Address client concerns professionally and within agreed timelines
Ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery coordination
Market & Strategic Contribution
Provide regular market intelligence and competitor analysis
Identify new industries, sectors, and opportunities for growth
Contribute ideas for improving services, pricing, and sales strategy
Reporting & Discipline
Submit
weekly and monthly sales reports
Maintain accurate documentation and client records
Follow company policies, compliance standards, and ethical sales practices

Ideal Candidate Profile (Strict Requirement)
Minimum
3 years UAE experience
in Business Development / Sales
