We are looking for a driven Business Development Manager to spearhead growth in the Dubai real estate market, with a strong focus on securing property valuation deals. This is an individual contributor role, where success is measured by the ability to generate valuation mandates, build client trust, and close high-value agreements.
Key Responsibilities
Valuation Deal Acquisition
Identify and secure property valuation mandates from developers, investors, banks, and corporate clients.
Negotiate terms and ensure smooth onboarding of valuation projects.
Act as the primary liaison between clients and the valuation team.
Client Relationship Management
Build long-term relationships with financial institutions, corporate clients, and property owners.
Provide advisory support on valuation requirements aligned with RERA and Dubai Land Department regulations.
Market Development
Research and analyze valuation trends in Dubai's real estate sector.
Spot opportunities in residential, commercial, and luxury property valuations.
Partnerships & Networking
Establish collaborations with banks, mortgage providers, and developers to secure valuation referrals.
Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums.
Sales & Reporting
Independently manage the full business development cycle -- from lead generation to deal closure.
Prepare regular reports on pipeline, valuation deals secured, and revenue forecasts.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or related field.
5+ years of experience in real estate business development, with proven success in valuation deal acquisition.
Strong knowledge of Dubai property laws, RERA regulations, and valuation standards.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and networking skills.
Ability to work independently and deliver results.
Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
