Key Responsibilities:
Identify, target, and develop new business opportunities
Manage the full sales cycle, including lead generation, client meetings, negotiations, and deal closures
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
Prepare and deliver proposals, presentations, and pitch decks
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and handover
Track sales performance and meet or exceed monthly targets
Requirements:
Proven experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition
Prior experience in an advertising, marketing, or creative agency is preferred
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Confident, target-driven, and results-oriented mindset
Ability to work independently in an on-site role
