Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager with a strong background in the UAE construction market. The ideal candidate must have proven ability to generate leads, build client relationships, and close construction projects. This role is 100% performance-based, with earnings dependent solely on commission.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities in the UAE construction market

Generate leads for residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, developers, and contractors

Prepare and deliver business proposals, presentations, and negotiations

Coordinate with internal teams for pricing, technical inputs, and project execution

Achieve agreed sales and revenue targets

Maintain a strong pipeline of prospective projects

Represent the company professionally in meetings and networking events

Mandatory Requirements

Minimum 10 years of proven UAE experience in business development within the construction industry

Strong network with developers, consultants, project managers, and decision-makers

Proven track record of closing construction projects

Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills

Self-driven, target-oriented, and results-focused

Ability to work independently
