We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to expand our market presence, build strategic partnerships, and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities for Chihu Group's product lines
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, corporate clients, and business partners
Promote Chihu Group's solutions including luxury furniture, custom joinery, kitchens, wardrobes, hospital furniture, nursing beds, smart solutions, and lighting
Conduct market research to identify trends and new growth areas
Prepare proposals, presentations, and pricing strategies
Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and satisfaction
Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall company growth
Requirements:
+10 Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or similar role
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Commercial mindset with a results-driven approach
Ability to manage multiple accounts and opportunities
Experience in B2B sales, trading, manufacturing, or supply industries is preferred
UAE market experience is an advantage
