Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and expand business relationships with the clientele based in the region.
Ensuring the required equipment is available to the client during the assigned shows. Maintain the customer satisfaction or relation level.
Seek new clients by offering rental services and stage solutions relevant to their requirement.
Broaden new sectors, clients and corporate opportunities & build up strong and long lasting relationships with key decisions makers, from both existing and prospective clients in the entertainment and event industry.
Constantly reviewing all promotional materials such as newspapers, web sites , references etc and recommend/instigate changes as appropriate to compliment the approach needed.
Strategize marketing plans to introduce the organization to new market segments and re-introduce the organization to existing clients.
Assist in all activities of the business including handling negotiations, objections and any disputes with existing or new clients.
Monitor the activity of competitors in the region.
Build solid relationships with agents representing the event to ensure the achievement of revenue targets for each event.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales within the event industry, specifically in Audio, Video, and Lighting.
Established network of contacts within the event planning and coordination sectors.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
English language proficiency.
Ability to understand client needs and propose tailored solutions.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Valid UAE Driving License.

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
