AL Sparta Human Resource is a growing recruitment and manpower supply company providing skilled and unskilled workers from Nepal and other Asian countries. We are expanding our footprint in the UAE and seeking a motivated Business Development Manager to help us grow our client base.
Job Responsibilities:
Identify and acquire new clients across UAE for manpower supply (cleaners, helpers, domestic workers, security guards, etc.)
Build strong relationships with HR departments, facility management companies, contracting companies, and domestic worker agencies.
Visit clients, attend meetings, prepare proposals, and close deals.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Maintain regular follow-up with clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
Provide weekly reports to management on client acquisition progress.
Requirements:
Proven experience in
Business Development
or
Sales
(preferably in manpower or recruitment).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to bring clients and generate revenue.
Valid UAE driving license (preferred but not mandatory).
Must be hardworking, target-oriented, and confident.
