We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager with strong exposure to the UAE market. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to build relationships with developers, consultants, and contractors, while driving new business opportunities from prospecting through to successful deal closure.
Key Responsibilities:
-Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including developers, consultants, and contractors
-Identify new business opportunities and manage the full sales cycle--from lead generation to contract finalization
-Prepare commercial proposals, participate in negotiations, and manage contract execution
-Conduct regular market and competitor analysis to recommend effective growth strategies
-Develop and implement sales and marketing plans aligned with business targets
Qualifications:
-Minimum 5 years of relevant Business Development experience in the UAE market
-Strong network within construction-related sectors is highly desirable
-Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-management skills
-Proven track record in achieving sales targets and closing high-value deals
-Recommended Industries: Wood, Steel, Tiles, Sanitary Fittings, Paints, Manufacturing, Construction Materials
