Job Summary:



We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) for our Dubai location. The ideal candidate will have experience in outbound calling, managing High Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs), and driving business growth through effective communication. Responsibilities include converting inquiries into showroom visits, maintaining strong client relationships, and supporting company expansion. Strong English proficiency, WhatsApp communication skills, and experience in industries like Interior Design, Luxury Furniture, or Premium Realty are essential.

Responsibilities:



Ability to make daily calls to handle inquiries and convert them into potential leads through incredible business development skills. Negotiation and closure of deals by delivering impactful presentations and product demonstrations that effectively communicate the value and uniqueness of SUNROOOF. Meeting with Architects and interior designers to generate potential leads. Expertise in handling High Net-Worth Individuals (HNI), Premium clients and Architects with professionalism. Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients to support business growth and company expansion in the Dubai market. Represent the company in a professional manner, maintaining a strong brand reputation in the market. Provide accurate, timely, and detailed information to potential clients on product offerings and services. Collaborate effectively with the sales team and marketing department to optimize lead generation and engagement strategies, including WhatsApp communication.

Qualifications:



Exceptional proficiency in English, and local language with polished speaking and communication skills. Strong verbal and written communication, able to engage clients clearly and effectively. Proficient in using WhatsApp for client communication and follow-ups. Excellent follow-up and relationship management skills to ensure high conversion rates. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with a focus on business development or sales. Minimum of 3-4 years of prior experience in business development, preferably within Interior Design, Architecture, Luxury Furniture, Premium Realty, or similar high-end industries. Highly focused and goal-oriented with the ability to drive results. Previous experience in a reputable organization based in Dubai or the GCC region is a significant advantage. Knowledge of the local market trends and customer preferences in Dubai will be a plus.
