Key Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new facilities management contracts across commercial, residential, and mixed-use developments.

• Cultivate and maintain long-term client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans aligned with company growth objectives.

• Collaborate closely with operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and tender opportunities to stay ahead of industry developments.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in FM business development within the UAE.

• Demonstrated success in winning soft services, hard services, or integrated FM contracts, particularly in Dubai.

• In-depth knowledge of FM service delivery models, pricing structures, and value propositions.

• Familiarity with CAFM systems and technology-driven FM solutions.

• Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to market engagement and client acquisition.

• Strong network within Dubai's real estate and property management sectors.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (FM certifications are a plus).

• Valid UAE driving license and access to own vehicle preferred.
