About the Role

Wall Street Jr. Investments is a Dubai-based portfolio and wealth management company expanding its ecosystem with a Forex brokerage. We are seeking experienced and motivated professionals for our Client Acquisition Support team. In this role, you will act as the first point of contact for potential investors, introducing them to our portfolio management, wealth advisory, and brokerage solutions. This is a professional client-facing position offering clear growth opportunities within the financial services industry.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct outbound client calls in a professional and structured manner. Present company services with clarity, focusing on portfolio management, wealth solutions, and brokerage offerings. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, leads, and follow-ups. Support the sales team in achieving monthly client acquisition and business development targets. Establish trust and deliver a strong professional impression in all communications. Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, research, and lead generation. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business goals and revenue targets. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and networking functions. Provide regular sales forecasts, progress reports, and performance analysis to management.

Requirements

Mandatory experience in brokerage or financial services in the UAE (Telecalling, telesales, client servicing, or investor acquisition). Excellent verbal communication skills in English (knowledge of Hindi, Arabic, or other languages is an advantage). Proven ability to build rapport and manage client conversations with confidence. Professional, disciplined, and goal-oriented approach. Fresh graduates will not be considered unless they have relevant financial services experience.
