Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic
Business Development Manager
with strong expertise in the
education sector
to lead and expand our business operations. The ideal candidate should have excellent knowledge of
study abroad processes, online education systems, and student admissions procedures
. This role requires a strategic thinker with proven sales and business development experience, leadership skills, and the ability to deliver results in a competitive environment.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve growth targets in student recruitment and educational services.
Drive revenue growth by identifying new markets, partnerships, and opportunities in
study abroad, online courses, and professional education programs
.
Lead, manage, and motivate the sales & admissions team to achieve business goals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, educational institutions, and international partners.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine strategies and stay competitive.
Conduct training and mentoring sessions to strengthen the team's performance and skills.
Oversee the entire admissions and business development process to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction.
Resolve challenges effectively and provide innovative solutions to maximize results.
Prepare and present business performance reports, forecasts, and growth strategies to management.
Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain high ethical and professional standards.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) in Business, Marketing, Education Management, or related field.
Minimum 4-5 years of proven experience
in business development/sales within the education sector.
Strong knowledge of international admissions processes, online education platforms, and institutional collaborations.
Demonstrated ability to lead, manage, and inspire a team.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and strategic planning ability.
Target-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding business development goals.
Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
