About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to spearhead our client acquisition and business growth in the UAE and GCC markets. The BDM will focus on building long-term partnerships with corporates, government entities, and institutions requiring staffing and recruitment solutions. This is a high-impact role for someone with a strong network, consultative sales skills, and the ability to drive revenue growth in a competitive market.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and acquire new clients in the UAE and GCC across industries (healthcare, construction, hospitality, retail, IT, logistics, etc.).
Build and maintain strong relationships with HR heads, procurement managers, and decision-makers.
Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring high service delivery and client satisfaction.
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Explore opportunities with corporates, embassies, government organizations, and international businesses.
Support in drafting proposals, tenders, and contracts tailored to client needs.
Forge collaborations with international recruitment partners and agencies.
Represent the company at industry events, expos, and networking forums in the UAE/GCC.
Identify new verticals and market opportunities to expand business reach.
Work closely with the recruitment operations team to align client requirements with talent sourcing.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of projects.
Provide regular market insights and competitor analysis to management.
Track KPIs such as revenue growth, client acquisition, lead conversions, and account renewals.
Maintain accurate sales pipeline reports and provide business forecasts.
Present regular business updates to leadership.
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or related field.
Minimum 5 years' proven experience in business development or client acquisition (in recruitment/staffing/HR services).
Strong understanding of GCC labor markets and recruitment trends.
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Ability to work independently and deliver results in a target-driven environment.
Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic/Hindi/Urdu is an advantage.
Willingness to travel to KSA, when the need arises.
Demonstrated results in meeting Business Development goals.
