. The role focuses on generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and securing medium to large-scale projects in hospitality, commercial, and residential sectors.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new FFCE business opportunities through market research, networking, and referrals.
Develop long-term relationships with developers, architects, interior designers, consultants, and procurement teams.
Prepare and deliver proposals, presentations, and tender submissions in collaboration with design and procurement teams.
Negotiate commercial terms, close deals, and achieve revenue targets.
Oversee smooth project handover to operations and maintain client communication throughout.
Maintain CRM records, analyze performance, and contribute to sales strategy.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Interior Design, Architecture, or related field (MBA is a plus).
10-15 years of experience in business development or sales within FFCE, interior fit-out, or joinery.
Proven track record of securing large-scale projects.
Strong knowledge of FFCE products, sourcing, and supply chain.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho) and MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD/SketchUp is a plus.

Pay: AED18,000.00 - AED22,000.00 per month
