We are hiring a Business Development Manager to drive growth for Fixsquad and its sister company XyleX. This is a client-facing, results-driven role that requires strong UAE business connections, excellent communication skills, and the ability to close high-value B2B deals.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and secure new B2B partnerships for Fixsquad in corporate and institutional sectors
Identify and secure high-value opportunities for XyleX across branding, digital, media, and creative services
Represent Fixsquad and Xylex at client meetings, industry events, and exhibitions
Build strong, long-term relationships with senior decision-makers
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and growth targets
Collaborate with our creative team to craft proposals and strategies tailored to premium clients
Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets
Requirements
7+ years overall experience in business development/sales, with minimum 2 years in the UAE market
Proven track record of generating and closing B2B deals
Strong network of corporate and premium market connections
Experience in media, marketing, or creative industries preferred
Experience in IT services, media, or creative industries preferred
Valid UAE driving license
