Work with Marketing & Management for regular Market Research & Market Analysis
Maintain & grow Database of Companies & Contacts by attending Networking Events
Work on Market Segmentation & development of Target Client Lists
Develop Strategies for a bespoke Client Acquisition Process to approach Target Accounts
Work with the Admin Team on Pre-Qualification Processes with Malls & Operators
Work together with Project Managers, Key Account Managers & Management
Conduct Unsolicited Outreach through telephoning & social media networks
Prepare for & conduct Introduction Meetings & Presentations for prospects
Identify & record new Leads and convert pre-existing leads into actual Opportunities
Work on Opportunities to clarify the Scope of Works & key data before taking it for Clearing
Conduct Clearing Meetings & apply for the necessary resources to submit Offers
Support the Tender Team & lead Communication with the client during Offer Preparation
Define Sales Prices & obtain approvals on the commercial targets before Offer Submission
Ensure Offer Submission Packages in the format that ideally exceeds client expectations
Follow up & maintain correct Status for submitted Offers, lead Order Closing negotiations
After closing orders ensure Advance Payment billings & Kick-off Meeting with project team
Finalise Contractual Agreements with Clients (work with legal counselor & management)
Support the Project Team with Communication of difficult subjects during Execution Stage
Support the Project Team with any Opportunities for commercial Variations
Support the Project Team to achieve a satisfactory Handover and obtain Final Payments
Work with Marketing to get approvals to develop content of successful Reference Projects.
Work with Marketing & QHSE Team to obtain Customer Feedback with a standard survey
Monitor activities of the Customer Service team on Claim Rectification works & Maintenance
Maintain Client Relationships for repeat business acquisition.
Ensure data recording & maintenance for relevant Key Performance Indicators (KPI's)
Achieve growth by focusing on Individual Targets & supporting the team on Overall Targets
Task Distribution with a focus on 80% "hunting" and 20% "farming".
Requirements:
Degree in Architecture or Interior Design
Proven track record in Business Development (preferably Retail Interiors / Fitout)
Experience in Market Research, Market Segmentation & Target Definition
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Advanced Skills for Microsoft 365 (PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, Sharepoint, OneNote,...)
Basic Knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp
Basic knowledge of standard contractual terms & conditions (FIDIC)
