We're seeking a
Business Development Manager
to lead our
airconditioning trading, rental, and project operations
across the UAE. The right candidate will drive strategic growth by identifying market opportunities, closing key deals, and coordinating with internal teams for flawless execution.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business in AC trading, rental & project sectors
Build and manage relationships with consultants, contractors, and suppliers
Lead full sales cycles: technical presentations, negotiations & deal closures
Deliver customized commercial & technical proposals
Coordinate with engineering & operations teams for successful delivery
Analyze market trends and competitor moves to fine-tune strategy
Track sales performance and maintain updated CRM records
Represent the company at industry events and exhibitions
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Engineering, or equivalent
5-7 years of HVAC business development experience (UAE/GCC preferred)
Deep understanding of HVAC systems and project lifecycle
Strong negotiation & communication skills
Highly self-motivated and organized
UAE Driving License - Mandatory
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
Preferred Attributes
Pre-existing client network in MEP, construction, rental, or FM sectors
Experience managing both B2B and project-based sales
Familiarity with UAE/GCC HVAC codes and compliance standards
