As part of our ongoing expansion, we are looking for a Business Development Manager who can drive new business, increase our clientele, and help take our recruitment and software services to the next level.
Job Responsibilities:
The Business Development Manager will play a key role in driving the growth of the company. The role involves identifying and developing business opportunities, managing the sales pipeline, and maintaining strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Development & Client Acquisition:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Develop strategies to attract new clients and expand market share.
Build strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Prepare proposals, sales reports, and presentations for clients.
2. Sales Strategy & Execution:
Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company goals.
Collaborate with senior management to set sales targets and create action plans.
Monitor and adapt sales strategies based on performance and market changes.
3. Client Relationship Management:
Maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
Serve as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
4. Internal Collaboration & Reporting:
Collaborate with marketing, operations, and finance teams to align objectives.
Provide regular reports to senior management on sales performance and market trends.
5. Lead Generation & Networking:
Attend industry events and utilize online platforms to generate leads.
Maintain a detailed CRM database of leads and clients.
6. Sales Performance Management:
Track sales targets and provide insights to improve sales strategies.
Optimize sales processes in collaboration with the sales team.
7. Client Retention & Upselling:
Identify upsell opportunities and maintain long-term client relationships.
Regularly check in with clients to assess satisfaction and future needs.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 6 to 7 years of proven experience in business development or sales, with a strong track record in a similar role.
Strong understanding of sales strategies, market research, and competitive analysis.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and take ownership of business development activities.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
