Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic
Business Development Manager - Employee Banking
to manage and grow relationships with companies under the Approved Employer List (EPL). The role focuses on acquiring retail banking products and driving business growth while ensuring compliance and service excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage EPL corporate relationships.
Acquire salary accounts, loans, cards, and other retail products.
Conduct service clinics and employer-based events.
Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs.
Ensure adherence to internal policies and compliance standards.
Provide exceptional customer service and handle complex queries.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding.
Submit regular reports and performance updates.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree (Finance/Business preferred).
5-8 years' experience in retail/employee banking.
Proven track record in sales and relationship management.
Strong knowledge of banking products and credit policy.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Compliance-focused and detail-oriented.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
