Key Responsibilities:
Portfolio Growth:
Source and onboard new property owners through direct outreach, networking, and partnerships.
Deal Negotiation:
Structure win-win agreements (management contracts) with owners.
Market Analysis:
Research trends, competitor strategies, and untapped opportunities in Dubai's rental market.
Relationship Management:
Build long-term relationships with owners, real estate agents, and corporate clients.
Revenue Optimization:
Work with operations/marketing to maximize occupancy rates and profitability per property.
Performance Metrics:
Meet/exceed monthly/quarterly targets for property acquisitions and revenue growth.
Qualifications:
Experience:
3+ years in business development, real estate, or hospitality (vacation rentals preferred).
Skills:
Proven track record in sales/negotiations.
Strong understanding of Dubai's real estate market.
Data-driven with CRM proficiency.
Excellent communication (English; Arabic a plus).
Personality:
Self-motivated, persuasive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
