We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive sales and promote our comprehensive suite of marketing and technology services, including website and app development, branding, graphic design, videography, social media marketing, campaigns, SEO, and in-house software solutions. You will engage with leads and clients, build strong relationships, and close deals to grow our global client base. This role requires a presentable, results-driven professional with fluency in Arabic and English, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for delivering innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities
? Sales & Lead Generation:
? Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive outreach, networking, and lead generation to expand DODEAL's client portfolio.
? Promote DODEAL's services, including website and app development, branding, graphic design, videography, social media marketing, campaigns, SEO, and in-house software solutions.
? Convert leads into clients by presenting tailored proposals and demonstrating the value of DODEAL's offerings.
? Client Relationship Management:
? Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and aligning solutions to their business goals.
? Conduct meetings, presentations, and follow-ups with leads and clients in Arabic or English, ensuring clear and professional communication.
? Act as the primary point of contact for clients, coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
? Market Strategy & Promotion:
? Develop and execute strategies to market DODEAL's services and in-house software solutions to diverse industries and global audiences.
? Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and unique selling points for DODEAL's offerings.
? Represent DODEAL at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility.
? Sales Performance & Reporting:
? Provide regular reports on sales metrics, client feedback, and market insights to inform business strategies.
? Meet or exceed sales targets to earn performance-based commissions alongside a competitive base salary.
? Collaboration:
? Work closely with marketing, design, and development teams to create compelling pitches, proposals, and marketing materials.
? Collaborate with the social media and campaign teams to align sales efforts with ongoing promotional strategies.
? Ensure client requirements are clearly communicated to internal teams for accurate project scoping and delivery.
Requirements
? 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a client-facing role, preferably in marketing, technology, or agency environments.
? Fluency in Arabic and English (written and verbal), with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse global and regional clients.
? Preferred Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience) preferred.
? Proven success in generating leads, closing deals, and managing client relationships in a B2B or B2C setting.
? Strong understanding of marketing and technology services, including website/app development, branding, graphic design, videography, social media, campaigns, and SEO, preferred.
? Familiarity with selling software solutions, preferably with experience promoting CRM or similar platforms.
? Presentable demeanor with excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
? Preferred: Valid UAE driving license to facilitate client meetings and site visits across Dubai.
? Ability to work independently, manage multiple client accounts, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
