Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Executive/Manager to drive growth by acquiring and managing accounts and building strong relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition:
Identify, engage, and convert potential partners to expand our platform's offerings.
Account Management:
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure retention and satisfaction.
Sales Growth:
Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective strategies and deal closures.
CRM Management:
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and client interactions.
Collaboration:
Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing account support.
Problem-Solving:
Address client queries and challenges promptly to enhance their experience.
Performance Reporting:
Provide regular updates on sales performance, progress, and market insights to the management team.
Market Research:
Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Qualifications & Skills:
Experience:
Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably within the UAE.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
Proven track record of achieving and surpassing sales targets.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales processes.
License:
Valid UAE driving license and access to a car is mandatory.
