Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and purpose-driven Business Development Manager to lead our growth strategy, forge strategic partnerships, and expand our client base. This role is ideal for someone passionate about inclusion and experienced in identifying opportunities, nurturing relationships, and driving meaningful impact through business development. Fluency in both Arabic and English is essential, as the role requires communication with government clients, regional partners, and stakeholders across the UAE and wider Middle East. Key Responsibilities o Identify and pursue new business opportunities across government, education, and corporate sectors. o Develop and execute business development plans aligned with the company's mission and growth targets. o Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients. o Collaborate with internal teams to design tailored solutions and proposals. o Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities. o Track opportunities and maintain up-to-date records in CRM systems. o Stay informed on regional market trends, accessibility standards, and policy developments. Qualifications o Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. o Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, preferably in consulting, digital services, or public sector engagement. o Strong understanding of the Middle East business landscape. o Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. o Confident in public speaking and presenting to clients. o Passion for social impact, inclusion, and innovation. o Fluent in both Arabic and English (spoken and written).
