About the Role We are urgently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager with a strong background in heavy lifting operations and a proven track record in crane rental sales. The successful candidate will be instrumental in expanding our market share by identifying and securing new business opportunities across sectors such as construction, oil & gas, power, and infrastructure. Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic business development plans for crane rental and heavy lift services.
Identify and secure new business opportunities across target industries.
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
Lead RFQ responses, tender submissions, and contract negotiations.
Collaborate with internal technical and operations teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to shape go-to-market strategy.
Consistently meet or exceed sales and revenue targets.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
710 years of experience in sales or business development in crane rental or heavy lifting industry.
Strong technical knowledge of cranes, lifting equipment, and rigging methodologies.
Established network within construction, oil & gas, and industrial sectors.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-facing skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
Valid UAE/GCC driving license preferred.
