Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and goal-oriented
Business Development Manager
with a strong focus on lead generation and contact center solutions. This role is critical in identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth across the UAE market. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of the Lead Generation /contact center industry and a proven ability to generate and convert high-quality leads.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities for lead generation and contact center services in the UAE.
Develop and execute a sales strategy to target businesses that require outsourced sales support, customer service, or telemarketing / Email services.
Build and manage a strong sales pipeline, from prospecting and outreach to closing deals.
Develop customized proposals and presentations tailored to client needs and industry challenges.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics in the UAE.
Work closely with operations and delivery teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.
Attend industry events, networking sessions, and exhibitions to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets in alignment with company goals.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or similar field.
4-6 years of business development or sales experience in the contact center, or lead generation industry.
Strong understanding of UAE market dynamics and business culture.
Demonstrated ability to generate leads and convert them into long-term clients.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in using CRM systems and lead management tools.
Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
UAE driving license preferred; willingness to travel as needed
Preferred Skills:
Tech-savvy, with a working knowledge of digital lead generation tools and strategies.
Prior experience selling outsourced customer support, tele-sales, or inbound/outbound contact center solutions.
Ability to build consultative relationships and understand client pain points.
