Job Description

\xe2\x80\x93 Conduct market research to identify potential clients, market trends, and emerging opportunities in the interior contracting sector.

\xe2\x80\x93 Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy to target and acquire new clients in the commercial, residential, and institutional sectors.

\xe2\x80\x93 Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including architects, developers, contractors, and facility managers.

\xe2\x80\x93 Identify and pursue opportunities for strategic partnerships, collaborations, and joint ventures to expand business reach and capabilities.

\xe2\x80\x93 Proactively generate leads and opportunities through various channels, including networking, referrals, industry events, and digital marketing.

\xe2\x80\x93 Lead and participate in client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to showcase our interior contracting expertise and secure new projects.

\xe2\x80\x93 Collaborate with the project management team to develop accurate project proposals, cost estimates, and timelines.

\xe2\x80\x93 Track industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and develop competitive strategies.

\xe2\x80\x93 Provide the senior management team with regular sales forecasts, reports, and updates.

\xe2\x80\x93 Stay updated with industry regulations, codes, and standards related to interior contracting

and ensure compliance in all business activities.

Job Requirements:

\xe2\x80\x93 Must have 7-10 years of business development experience in the interior contracting industry.

\xe2\x80\x93 Proven business development or sales track record, preferably in the interior contracting industry or related fields.

\xe2\x80\x93 In-depth understanding of the interior contracting market, industry dynamics, and client needs.

\xe2\x80\x93 Strong network of contacts within the architecture, construction, and real estate sectors.

\xe2\x80\x93 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships at all levels.

\xe2\x80\x93 Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with the ability to articulate the value proposition of our interior contracting services.

\xe2\x80\x93 Strategic thinker with the ability to identify new business opportunities and develop effective sales strategies.

\xe2\x80\x93 Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and drive revenue growth.

\xe2\x80\x93 Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools to manage customer relationships and track sales activities.

\xe2\x80\x93 Proactive and self-motivated with a drive for continuous learning and professional development.

\xe2\x80\x93 Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in business, marketing, construction management, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
