Job Brief:

Our client is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven B2B Sales Manager to join their dynamic team based in Dubai. As a B2B Sales Manager, your primary responsibility will be to drive SME revenue and establish strong relationships with new clients. You will play a crucial role in expanding their client base and achieving revenue targets.

Job Responsibilities:

- Identify and target potential SME clients to generate new business opportunities.

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.

- Proactively reach out to new potential local partners, knowing the whole business picture to negotiate the business terms effectively and successfully onboard the partners.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, managers, and procurement professionals within new and existing accounts.

- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase our firm services and solutions to prospective clients.

- Understand the needs and requirements of clients and tailor solutions to meet their specific needs.

- Negotiate and finalize contracts, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both parties.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.

- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.

- Provide regular sales reports and performance updates to the management.

- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking activities to promote the company and expand the professional network.

- Ability to travel and move around the city to meet and explore new clients, and industries.

Job Requirements:

- Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

- Experience with selling/promoting accounting and auditing services is a must.

- Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in the finance industry.

- Strong knowledge of finance processes, policies, and industry trends.

- Good communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence key stakeholders.

- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.

- Exceptional negotiation and closing skills.

- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work under pressure.

- Familiarity with CRM software and sales reporting tools.

- Excellent time management and organizational skills.

- Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of additional languages will be considered an asset.
