Reporting to the Managing Director, this person will be responsible for;
Managing the distributors across the region and appointing new distributors as the business expands its reach
Managing the relationships with key accounts and brands
Expanding the current portfolio of brands by launching either new brands/categories in the region or winning distribution for existing brands in the region
Developing, agreeing and implementing the annual business plan along with the Managing Director and key external stakeholders
Train and develop distributor's team to quickly catch up and target market share across the region
The Successful Applicant
It is a must for the candidates to have the following experience
Minimum 5 years working experience in distributor sales and management - ideally within FMCG, Beauty, Healthcare or relative industries
Must have a passion for beauty, haircare and cosmetic brands
Successful experience in developing business in new regions
Track record of delivery of sales targets and performance
Experience/track record/confidence representing the company externally and dealing professionally with distributors
Experience of managing negotiations at senior level
Team management experience will be a plus.
