Approx. 15,000 QAR (including incentives)

We are looking for a

European or American national

for the role of

Business Development Manager

. Freshers or candidates with 1-2 years of experience are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:



Tender Participation:



Identify and evaluate tenders, RFPs, RFQs, and EOIs from government, semi-government, and private sector entities. Manage the complete tender lifecycle including pre-qualification, bid preparation, submission, and post-submission follow-ups. Coordinate with internal teams (technical, finance, HR, legal, operations) to collect required inputs for tender submissions. Prepare commercial proposals, pricing models, compliance matrices, and supporting documentation. Ensure all submissions comply with client requirements, contractual terms, and internal approval processes. Maintain a tender calendar and track submission deadlines.

Business Development:



Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and client engagement. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, partners, and stakeholders. Prepare business proposals, presentations, and capability statements tailored to client requirements. Conduct competitor analysis and market intelligence to strengthen bid strategies. Support negotiations and contract finalization with clients.

Coordination & Reporting:



Act as the single point of contact for tender-related communication internally and externally. Maintain an organized repository of tender documents, contracts, and bid submissions. Prepare regular reports on tender status, success rates, pipeline opportunities, and business development activities. Work closely with management to develop bid strategies and growth plans.

Skills & Competencies:



Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines High attention to detail and compliance-driven mindset Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of proposal tools is an advantage Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
