About the Company:

Our Client is a fully decentralized and programmable wallet-as-a-service that allows any crypto or Web3 project to natively integrate the widest range of self-custody wallet capabilities directly into their offering. It is ultra-secure and uses the most advanced set of blockchain technologies available in any product today. The best and most unique feature of all is \xe2\x80\x98Policy\xe2\x80\x99 configuration and enforcement. They will be launching as a fully decentralized network later in 2023, but for the time being is delivered as SaaS.

Responsibilities:
  • Create an effective sales, business development, and partnership processes
  • Execute those processes into agreed target markets to achieve the following:
  • Act as a central resource and coordination point between the Guardian Leadership team and Product leads, External Marketing, Branding, BD, PR Consulting firms, and The Company\'s own dedicated Community Manager
  • Produce and maintain a comprehensive database of customers and developers by liaising with the above but also Guardian\xe2\x80\x99s investors, customers, and business networks
  • Outreach directly to potential customers to ask for introductory meetings alongside a regular outreach email program
  • Manage incoming inquiries from the website etc.
  • Send appropriately curated explanatory materials including API and SDK documentation, following up and bringing in other team members as appropriate
  • Maintain a CRM Funnel and assign and chase up assigned tasks
  • Collecting customer feedback to continually improve website, videos, messaging, and other marketing resources
  • Manage Guardian\xe2\x80\x99s global conference participation, sponsorships, and media packs as well as all design and visual materials, demo videos, and all other relevant media

You Must Be:
  • A Web3 Native

  • Comfortable with Direct Outreach and Networking

  • Detail oriented with strong work ethics
  • Meticulously organised, and able to manage and prioritise multiple task simultaneously
  • Able to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
You Must Have;
  • Minimum 1-3yrs professional Web3 experience in Sales, Business Development, and Partnerships
  • Proven track record with a clear demonstration of sales achievements, ideally with big ticket items
  • Fluent or Native English
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Excellent comprehension of Web3 platforms, specifically in the areas of Wallets, Transaction Signing, Game-Fi, NFTs, and Metaverse.
  • Experience in process management and CRM funnel software and practices.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
It\'s a Bonus if You:
  • Come with a fat book of contacts in the industry
  • Have experience in conference participation, sponsorships, and media packs
  • Have a Bachelor\'s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

Compensation:
Competitive Base Salary - depending on experience
Commission: uncapped.
