Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, or related field. 3-5 years of proven experience in business development within the oil & gas sector (mandatory). Strong understanding of Saudi market dynamics, especially in Dammam, Al Khobar & Bahrain Saudi & Bahrain experience preferred. Valid Saudi Driving License preferred. Fluency in English (Arabic is an added advantage).
Total Salary: Qar.7000/- (Basic- Qar.4500/-, Food - Qar.500/-, Other Allowances - Qar.2000/) (E q u i v a l e n t a m o u n t i n S a u d i R i y a l) + Bachelor sharing Accommodation & Transportation

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development & Sales

Identify and secure new business opportunities in the oil & gas, petrochemical, and industrial sectors. Generate leads, conduct client visits, and follow up on potential projects. Prepare and submit RFQs, tenders, and commercial proposals. Negotiate commercial terms and close deals to achieve sales targets. Promote company services and capabilities to clients, contractors, and consultants. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and service providers. Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and after-sales support. Maintain a regular visit schedule and client engagement plan. Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities and competition dynamics. Develop strategic business plans to increase company market share. Provide periodic business development reports and forecasts to management. Coordinate with operations, technical, and finance departments for project execution. Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking sessions to promote company presence. Ensure compliance with company policies and Saudi local regulations.
