We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our client, a leading cybersecurity system integrator. This role focuses on B2B clients and requires a proven track record in driving sales growth, building strong client relationships, and staying competitive in the evolving cybersecurity landscape.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and target B2B clients for cybersecurity solutions (Endpoint Security, Application Security, Network Security, Identity & Access Management, and Managed Services).
Develop and execute strategies to penetrate new markets and build brand awareness.
Conduct market research to track trends and competitor activities.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, tailoring solutions to their needs.
Present, demonstrate, and promote cybersecurity products and services effectively.
Upsell and cross-sell solutions based on client requirements.
Negotiate contracts, close deals, and achieve/exceed sales targets.
Collaborate with marketing and technical teams on campaigns and solutions.
Provide client feedback to improve products and services.
Represent the company at trade shows, webinars, and promotional events.
Educate customers on cybersecurity importance and offerings.
Deliver excellent post-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Maintain strong product knowledge and stay updated on industry trends.
Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance analysis.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in business development (preferably in cybersecurity, IT, or technology solutions).
Strong knowledge of cybersecurity solutions in the B2B market.
Proven track record in sales strategy development and deal closures.
Skills & Attributes
Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
