Job Summary
The Business Development Manager - Cyber Security will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities for cyber security products and managed services. The role involves engaging with enterprise, government, and critical infrastructure clients, building strong partner relationships, and positioning the company as a trusted cyber security solutions provider.
Key Responsibilities of Business Development & Sales
Identify and develop new business opportunities for cyber security products and services, including:
Managed Security Services (MSSP / SOC)
Network, Endpoint, and Cloud Security
IAM, SIEM, SOAR, and Threat Intelligence
OT/ICS and Critical Infrastructure Security
GRC, compliance, and risk assessment services
Build and manage a strong sales pipeline from lead generation to closure.
Develop account plans for key enterprise and government customers.
Conduct customer meetings, presentations, product demos, and solution workshops.
Prepare proposals, commercial offers, and responses to RFPs/RFQs.
Client & Partner Engagement
Establish and maintain strong relationships with CISOs, IT Directors, Risk Managers, and procurement teams.
Work closely with technology vendors, OEMs, and channel partners to develop joint go-to-market strategies.
Identify strategic partnerships to expand service offerings and market reach.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and cyber security forums.
Market & Solution Strategy
Stay up to date with cyber security trends, threats, regulations, and competitive landscape.
Work with pre-sales and technical teams to design customer-centric solutions.
Provide market feedback to management on product gaps, pricing, and service improvements.
Support the development of new cyber security services aligned with market demand.
Internal Coordination & Reporting
Collaborate with delivery, SOC, and engineering teams to ensure successful project handover.
Maintain accurate sales forecasts, CRM updates, and activity reports.
Achieve assigned revenue targets, KPIs, and growth objectives.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
