We are looking for a dynamic business development professional with proficiency in company services in the UAE and internationally. Our corporate services include UAE Business Setup and securing residency visas, Emirates ID cards, and personal and corporate opening bank accounts. We further assist clients with corporate structuring and asset protection by setting up sophisticated offshore structures.

As a Business Development Manager you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of AG Mena by connecting with prospective clients, understanding their requirements and providing tailored solutions for their business setup and expansion requirements. You'll be responsible for generating leads, closing deals, and building long-term client relationships while contributing to the company's revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and approach potential clients interested in company formation both in UAE and offshore, and uae residency services. Build partnerships with professional service providers to generate a sales funnel for the firm's corporate services. Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals. Understand client needs and recommend customized solutions that align with our service offerings. Handle inbound inquiries and proactively reach out to prospects through calls, emails, and networking. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Prepare and deliver engaging sales presentations.
Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in the UAE market preferred and with mandatory UAE business setup experience Education: Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field. Strong communication skills in English and other languages, in particular on the telephone. Passionate customer-focused attitude and strong sales and negotiation skills.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
