We are Hiring Sales/Business Development Manager-Manpower Supply A reputed Manpower Supply company in Abu Dhabi is looking for Business Development Manager: Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets.
  • 5 + years of proven work experience in recruitment/manpower outsource industry
  • Ensure all required documentations are being completed for every sales order prior to mobilizing employees. Requirements
  • Ensure all sales enquiries are being attended/responded on daily basis.
  • Implement and maintain an effective sales pipeline and lead tracking process.
  • Achieve sales and revenue targets for the company.
  • Map potential customers and generate new leads for the organization.
  • Expands company's customer base and ensure strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Strong Proposal writing skills with Experience of preparing Bids, RFT/RFP's
  • Support with Tender and Proposals/submissions. Ensure Excellent Client experience
  • Strong business knowledge and experience in interpreting financial data and contracts
  • Build and deepen relationship with existing client base to increase business penetration
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Strong client relationship management and development aptitude.
  • Strong knowledge of the Middle East market
  • Must possess progressive sales management experience and a demonstrated record of sales growth.
  • Oil and gas & Medical recruitment agency experience is mandatory
Qualifications:
  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Business and/or Sales & Marketing or related field.
  • MBA within Sales and Marketing would be an added advantage
Experience:
  • Minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience within Sales & Business Development management Excellent network within relevant private and governmental client sectors.
  • Experience from Healthcare, Oil and gas, Banking would be a benefit.
  • Sales, Business Development, Account Management, Negotiations, Presentations, Reporting
  • Sales strategy, Sales target management, sales management, forecasting
  • Communication / interpersonal skills, solutions / results oriented, strong work ethics and attention to details
  • Be able to work with personnel with different cultural backgrounds
  • Stimulate a result-oriented organizational culture by regularly motivating the team
  • Actively listen and be persuasive in reasoning Communicate clearly and succinctly orally and in writing.
  • Adapt oral and written communication style to the audience.
  • Manage conflict, solve problems and mediate between different interests of multiple stakeholders
  • To be able to take decisions and to have strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Be able to identify and mitigate risks within the scope of the work.
IT skills :
  • Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint. CRM experience. Analytics experience preferred
