Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities within the banking, financial services, and corporate sectors.
Leverage existing relationships with banks, financial institutions, and high-net-worth clients to generate leads and secure deals.
Present tailored financial and business solutions to meet client needs, including investment structuring, escrow services, project financing, and advisory services.
Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and industry shifts to shape business strategy.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
Collaborate closely with internal teams (Legal, Finance, Operations) to ensure smooth execution of deals and client onboarding.
Participate in industry events, conferences, and business forums to promote brand visibility and thought leadership.
Prepare and deliver professional proposals, presentations, and business cases to prospective clients and partners.
Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual business development targets.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field (Master's or MBA preferred).
Minimum 7-10 years of experience
in business development, with at least
5 years in banking and financial services

Proven track record in acquiring institutional clients, structuring financial solutions, and managing strategic partnerships.
Strong knowledge of financial products, compliance standards, and regulatory frameworks within the UAE and GCC.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and presentation skills.
Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
