The Main activity will be split between client meetings and in-house working.
Should have a consultative sales approach where you will be engaging with clients, presenting business proposals, and responding to tender proposals.
Should be primarily engaging at C-suite level.
Should be fully supported by the pre-sales and delivery teams allowing to concentrate on client development and account management.
Requirements
Minimum Requirement:
· Solid experience within the recruitment industry - this could be as an experienced Recruitment Consultant or a Sales Manager
· 3-5 years of experience.
· Have a proven background in client management / client development and a track record of achievement.
· Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills and able to influence buying decisions
· An ability to gather key business intelligence and analyze data to fully understand your client's requirements and present proposals.
· Work location is in AD.
· Fluent in Arabic and English.
