Business Development Manager (advertising & Signage)

Job Description

We are seeking a highly driven

Business Development Manager

who will lead both growth and day-to-day management of our advertising & signage business. The ideal candidate will combine strong industry knowledge and sales ability with hands-on operational and managerial experience to grow revenue while ensuring smooth delivery and profitable operations.

Key Responsibilities



Develop and implement a

business development strategy

to achieve company growth targets. Identify and pursue

new business opportunities

in signage, outdoor advertising, events, retail, corporate, and government sectors. Build and maintain strong relationships with

key decision-makers

(corporates, contractors, real estate developers, malls, and event agencies) existing client base is a plus. Oversee the preparation of

sales proposals, tenders, and quotations

with accurate pricing and profitability margins. Collaborate with the design and production teams to ensure

timely delivery

and

client satisfaction

. Lead, motivate, and train the sales team to achieve individual and team targets. Monitor

market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments

to refine business strategies. Represent the company at exhibitions, trade shows, and networking events to enhance visibility.

Business Management



Take full responsibility for the

day-to-day operations

of the company, ensuring efficiency and profitability. Supervise and coordinate with the design, production, and installation teams to ensure

timely project delivery

. Oversee budgets, cost control, and vendor negotiations to maintain healthy profit margins. Implement

business policies, systems, and reporting structures

for better accountability. Monitor

market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments

to refine both operational and sales strategies. Lead, motivate, and train the sales/operations team to achieve overall company goals.

Requirements



Minimum

5-8 years of experience

in business development, preferably in

advertising, signage, printing, or outdoor media

. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Strong network of contacts within Qatar is a plus. Ability to balance

sales growth with operational feasibility

. Solid knowledge of

production processes, materials, and costs

in the signage industry. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong financial and business acumen with experience in budgeting and profitability management. Strong leadership and people management abilities.
