Key Responsibilities:
Identify new business opportunities and potential clients in Abu Dhabi.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with malls, residential communities, fleet companies, and corporate clients.
Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and business presentations.
Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Conduct regular market research to stay updated on competitors and industry trends.
Coordinate with the operations and customer service teams to ensure client satisfaction and smooth service delivery.
Represent the company professionally at meetings, exhibitions, and client visits.
Requirements:
Arabic-speaking candidate
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 5-10 years of experience in
business development or sales
, preferably in
car wash, automotive services, or facility management
.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in Arabic and English.
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Valid UAE Driving License is an advantage.
Must be based in or willing to relocate to Abu Dhabi.
