: Business Development Manager - Property Management Company
The Business Development Manager is responsible for leading growth and expansion efforts within the company by identifying new opportunities, building strategic relationships, and analyzing the real estate market to ensure the achievement of company goals and increased market share.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Develop growth strategies and attract new clients.
Build long-term relationships with investors, potential clients, and industry partners.
Conduct analytical studies of the real estate market and identify investment opportunities.
Propose new projects and services or improve existing ones to increase revenue.
Coordinate with marketing, sales, and operations teams to ensure plan execution.
Prepare periodic reports for senior management on performance and future opportunities.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Educational Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or equivalent.
A higher degree such as an MBA or equivalent is preferred.
Professional Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, preferably in the real estate or property management sector.
Strong knowledge of the local and regional real estate market.
Required Skills:
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strategic and analytical thinking.
Proficiency in using CRM tools and market analysis software.
Ability to build extensive professional networks.
Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
Fluency in Arabic and English, both spoken and written.
