Job Purpose: Develop, maintain and strengthen business relationships with customers and companies to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction standards for the company. Effectively manage customer relationships to maximize their support in achieving company goals and objectives.
Job Responsibilities:
– Prepare a business development strategy to identify and map business strengths, past trends, current market dynamics and customer needs to improve market share.
– Research and identify new business opportunities – including growth areas, new customers, partnerships, or new ways of reaching the markets to develop a viable income stream.
– Identify industry technology & business trends and map to customer needs to build short-term to long-term opportunities/pipelines.
– Use sales forecasting or strategic planning to ensure service sales and profitability, analyze business developments, and monitor market trends.
– Bid management & coordination.
– Alliances & Partnerships Management.
– Develop an excellent relationship with key customers by establishing a standard set of goals and objectives linked to the projects’ plans and focus on maximizing value and execution.
– Lead customer meetings/interactions.
Job Requirements:

Job Requirements:
– Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration / ICT / Engineering, or related fields.
– Experience: Minimum 5 years in the field of Urban Mobility & Smart City Solutions sales/pre-sales/account management within the UAE.
– Excellent communications and presentation skills.
– Proficient in English language (Verbal and written), Arabic language would be an advantage.
– Market Knowledge: Knowledge and network of target customer, industry, territory, etc.
– Good analytical, research and writing skills – Ability to draw meaningful insights and inferences to build business plans & proposal.
