Key Responsibilities
Own and drive
new business development
across the GCC region
Identify, qualify, and close opportunities with
SMBs, mid-market, and enterprise clients
Build and manage a
strong sales pipeline
, from lead generation to deal closure
Develop
strategic partnerships, channel alliances, and referral networks
Lead client conversations, discovery calls, and solution positioning
Work closely with
delivery, product, and leadership teams
to shape proposals and offerings
Represent the company at
industry events, networking forums, and partner meetings
Track market trends, competitor activity, and client needs to inform growth strategy
Meet and exceed
revenue, pipeline, and partnership targets
Required Skills & Experience
3-6 years of experience in
business development or sales
in the GCC
Strong understanding of the
UAE & Saudi business ecosystem
Proven track record of closing
B2B deals
, ideally in technology, AI, SaaS, consulting, or enterprise solutions
Experience selling
complex or solution-based offerings
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work independently and drive outcomes in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable engaging with
CXOs, founders, and senior decision-makers
