Job Summary:
Al Fares International Tents Construction & Metal LLC is seeking an experienced and results-driven
Business Development Manager
for our
Riyadh branch
. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, developing new clients, managing key accounts, and expanding our presence in the Saudi market, particularly in
tents, temporary structures, and metal construction solutions
.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve sales and growth targets in KSA.
Identify and secure new business opportunities with government entities, event organizers, contractors, and private clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
Prepare and present commercial proposals, quotations, and contracts in coordination with the technical and estimation teams.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and new opportunities.
Coordinate with engineering, operations, and project teams to ensure client requirements are met.
Attend client meetings, site visits, exhibitions, and industry events.
Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contract conditions.
Ensure timely follow-up on leads, proposals, and payments.
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Required Experience & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum
5-8 years of experience
in business development or sales, preferably in:
Tents & temporary structures
Construction / metal fabrication
Event infrastructure or modular buildings
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Strong knowledge of the
Saudi market
, clients, and tendering processes.
Experience dealing with
government and semi-government projects
is an advantage.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients and projects.

(Arabic is a strong advantage)
Other Requirements:
Valid Saudi driving license
Willingness to travel within KSA
